The online registration for the 41st Vogalonga, to be held on May 24th, is now open.
The registration is for the BOAT so single kayaks register separately, while double kayaks register one boat with two paddlers. Each registration will give you one bib for the boat and one t-shirt and poster for each participant.
There are various fields in the form. For participation in a kayak,
– for “Type of boat” enter “Canoa”
– for “Metres” enter 5
– for “Crew staff number” enter 1 for singles and 2 for double kayaks
– for “Rowing Team” you can (optionally) enter “Venice Kayak”
The rest are personal and payment information.
The following page is for the details of the crew which will be one or two lines.
Once you’ve entered and sent the crew details, the site will send you an email with a registration number and a link for the payment page. Once you’ve completed the payment, you’ll received a confirmation email.
The registration fee this year is €20 plus 3.5% if you pay by credit card.
If you want us to go and pick up the bib, t-shirts and posters at the Vogalonga office before you arrive, don’t forget to send us a copy of the confirmation email you receive from the Vogalonga registration process, after payment. Also, indicate what size of t-shirt you’d like (S, M, L, XL, XXL). We will go early to pick up the gear so there’s a good chance of getting the right sizes t-shirt, as some sizes tend to disappear quickly.
