Venice Kayak has done kayaking tours in Venice since 2008. It is the only company offering such tours. Venice Kayak was founded by and René Seindal. It is owned today as a sister company of Classic Boats Venice.

Giovanni Da Lozzo - Guide

Giovanni’s first rowing experience was with his grandfather at the age of five, and from then he’s tried to share his experience, passion, and knowledge of the lagoon with whoever is interested. He is an authorised lifeguard.

Mike Beck - Senior Guide

Mike is American and German but lives in Venice since 2022. He was a Professional kayaker competing all over the world in some of the biggest competitions. He speaks German and fluently. He is also a qualified Tour Leader, Kayaking Teacher, and First Aid expert.

A range of high quality kayaks

On every Venice Kayak tour it is important that our guests have the best equipment, gear, and kayaks on the market to make sure everyone enjoys a perfect day out paddling in Venice. That is why all gear and equipment is the most up to date maintaining the highest industry quality for our guests. All gear is cleaned properly before each tour and all equipment is checked daily.

With its hard chine and shorter length, you have full control. The lightweight V-shaped hull makes it easy to maintain speed and the course stability.

Ymir is a large rudder kayak with a very long waterline. The long waterline and V-shaped hull gives great speed and tracking without compromising on stability.
