Booking
You can make your Venice Kayak tour booking in advance simply by sending an email to booking@venicekayak.com.
If you book less than a week before the day you want to go kayaking, please call us on +39 346 477 1327 rather than sending an email.
To accept the booking we need the following:
- what kind of tour your want (destination, duration, …),
- who the participants are,
- to whom we must address the invoice,
- and a 25% deposit for a binding reservation.
What kind of tour you want
We need to know where you want to go, when you want to go and for how long.
Is it a tour of Venice by day, an evening paddle, a trip to Burano and Torcello or to the deserted islands of the lagoon?
Do you want to come paddling just for one day, or for several days.

Who are the participants
For each participant our insurance company requires: full name, nationality, date of birth, and place of birth.
If there are minors in the group, or elderly persons, or participants with physical or psychological ailments that could afflict the safety of the tours, we’ll like to know in advance. Safety is a prime concern for us, so please tell us everything that might be of importance.
All participants should as a minimum
- have basic paddling skills in a kayak or canoe,
- be reasonably fit,
- know how to swim,
- accept that kayaking is a sports activity which will often get you wet, dirty and sweaty.
The invoice
Venice Kayak must, by law, make an invoice for each payment received. For these invoices we need the following information:
- full name,
- full address,
- a valid email address,
- and if possible, a working cell phone number.
Payment of deposit and remainder
All bookings require payment of a 25% deposit at the time of booking with the rest paid at least 14 days before arrival.
Please do not send money without prior agreement.
