Accomodation
Venice Kayak can organise several different kinds of accommodation for your stay in Venice.
We use the Camping San Nicolò on the Lido as our operation base and all trips will depart from there or from the Vento di Venezia.
Camping San Nicolò
Venice Kayak is based at the Camping San Nicolò, and our one week offerings include accommodation in the camping. It is by far the most convenient both for you and for us that we’re staying the same place.
The Camping San Nicolò is a small family run camping, very cosy with good facilities for kayaking groups.
Vento di Venezia
Venice Kayak also collaborates with Vento di Venezia, a small recreational harbour on the nearby island of Certosa.
The Vento di Venezia has a small hotel with 11 single rooms and 7 double room at quite competitive rates.
Other accommodation
You’re free to find you own accommodation elsewhere, but please note that all kayaking trips will depart from either the Camping San Nicolò or the Vento di Venezia.
