Venice Kayak

From the Marco Polo airport the Alilaguna water bus (lines Red and Blue) goes directly to Lido S.M.E., from where the bus A goes to S. Nicolò, 300m from the camp site. The entire trip is circa one and a half hour.

When exiting the arrival terminal in the Marco Polo airport, walk left following the signs saying “Darsena” or showing a motorboat. The path is covered most of the way. At the end it turns left, past the water taxi stand to the Alilaguna ticket office.  Tickets are €13 for the trip to the Lido, but they can be purchased in advance at Venice Connected with a small discount.

The Alilaguna line Blu (blue)  departs once each hour from 6am to midnight, most of the day at 45 minutes past the hour. It arrives at Lido S.M.E. just over one hour later.

The Alilaguna line Rossa (red) departs once each hour from 9:15 to 19:15, at 15 minutes past the hour. It arrives at Lido S.M.E. just under one hour later.

The Alilaguna lines arrive at Lido S.M.E. at the same terminals as the normal vaporetto lines.  From there both bus A and B go to the camp site, as described on the page “Find Venice Kayak from the Lido di Venezia”.
